Who we are
We are engineers, not intermediaries. We design, write, test and run software ourselves, and the same team stays with a project from start to finish. Our name points to our home on the Caspian Sea: Digital Caspian Labs.
Our focus is software that has to work reliably in a company's day-to-day business: systems that manage orders, stock, the cash desk, appointments or contracts, and in which every figure can be traced. To build them, we combine solid back-end engineering with interfaces shaped around the work of the people who use them every day.
Our services are meant for companies in Azerbaijan as well as in Germany and the rest of Europe.
What we build
Our own products show best how we work. Each covers a whole workflow, from the first record to the report.
We also build client projects, for example Advergo, a platform that manages advertising on screens in taxis from a single panel, and an auction management system for GLB Logistic.
- KartonERP
- An ERP system for corrugated board plants: customer orders, cutting calculations from the box dimensions, production, warehouse, sales, receivables and the cash desk in one system. Every figure is tied to a document and can be traced back.
- Pawnshop Management System
- Customers, collateral, loans, the cash desk and reports in one place. Interest, penalties and the payment schedule are calculated automatically, a contract prints in one click, and management sees the state of every branch in real time.
- MedClinic
- A web system for clinics that brings together reservations, examinations, the cash desk and financial reports. Role-based access lets staff accept payments while the overall financial picture stays with management.
- LaundPro
- A complete solution for laundries and dry cleaners: intake with label and receipt, a status for every single item, an SMS when the order is ready, the cash desk and reports.

Every project follows the same steps, so you always know where it stands and what comes next.
- Requirements analysis
- We identify your business goals, technical constraints and success criteria. The result: a requirements document, a technical assessment, a project roadmap and a risk analysis.
- Design & architecture
- System architecture, database schema, API contract and UI prototypes, before the first line of production code.
- Development
- We work in 2-week sprints. At the end of every sprint we show working software in a demo; code reviews and tests are a fixed part of every sprint.
- Delivery & support
- Go-live, training for your team, three months of free technical support and an SLA agreement.
Our principles
- Honest estimates
- We give effort and deadlines as we actually see them, not as they would look best in an offer. If something changes, we say so early.
- Working software every sprint
- At the end of every two-week sprint you see running software in a demo. We measure progress by what works, not by status reports.
- Documentation and handover
- Architecture, decisions and operation are documented. Your software should not depend on us: your team or another provider must be able to carry on with it.
- Data protection by default
- We build data protection into the architecture instead of adding it later: roles and permissions, a log of changes, hosting in Frankfurt and a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR when we process personal data on your behalf.
- Traceability
- In our systems every figure has a source. The question “Where does this number come from?” should have an answer in the code and in the software itself.
