Every item has its own status

Every order consists of line items, and each item has its own status. At any moment you can see which shirt is ready and which coat is still being cleaned.

Laundries and dry cleaners

Businesses with one or several branches that take in garments, clean them and return them to customers. The system is built precisely around this workflow.

Workflow: from drop-off to pick-up

The system follows the actual sequence in the branch. Each step takes over the data of the previous one; nothing is entered twice.

  1. Drop-off

    Find the customer or create a new one, pick garments from the catalogue (by category, with prices), enter quantity and notes. Active campaigns and discounts are applied.

  2. Tag and receipt

    A tag is printed for every item, and the customer receives a receipt with the order number.

  3. Deposit

    A deposit can be taken right away in cash or by card. A fiscal receipt is issued through the POS terminal.

  4. Processing

    Each item goes through its own status. Damaged items are marked as problem cases.

  5. Notification

    When the order is ready, the customer gets an SMS. Type and time of the notification can be set per customer.

  6. Pick-up and payment

    The remaining amount is collected and the order is marked as handed over. Unpaid amounts stay on the customer's account as debt.

  7. Cash desk and reports

    Income, expenses and open receivables update in the reports automatically.

Result

The path of every item can be traced without gaps: when it was taken in, who processed it, whether the customer was notified, whether it was picked up and whether it was paid for.
