White-label software development: your brand, our engineering
Your client wants a new system, but your team lacks the capacity or the expertise? We build the project in your name: code, interface and documentation are delivered under your brand, and the client relationship stays with you. If you prefer, our engineers work as part of your team and talk to your client directly in your name. Every engagement starts with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
When white label makes sense
- Your agency is strong in design and marketing, but the client needs a complex backend, an ERP or a mobile app.
- You have more orders than your team can handle, and hiring takes months.
- You don't want to lose the client. The subcontractor should work in your name, not build their own relationship.
- Support and further development are needed after go-live, but keeping that in-house doesn't pay off.
- You have no reliable technical partner and look for freelancers again for every project.
How white-label work runs
Free initial call
In 30 minutes we clarify the project, your client's expectations, the timeline and the form of cooperation: do we stay in the background, or work with the client in your name?
NDA and contract
Everything starts with a non-disclosure agreement. The contract states that our name is never mentioned, who holds the rights to the results and how contact with your client works. If personal data is processed, we sign a DPA under Art. 28 GDPR.
Requirements and quote
We go through the requirements with you, and with your client in your name if needed, and give you a written quote. You decide what price you offer your client.
Development under your brand
Interface, domain, email notifications and documentation carry your brand. The code can live in your or your client's repository. You see progress in sprint demos.
Handover and support
We hand over the system in your name and, if you wish, take on support as second level: you talk to the client, we fix it.

- Web, mobile and backend systems. The DCL Labs name appears nowhere in the interface, code or documentation.
- Engineers working in your name
- When needed, our engineers use your email addresses and channels and join meetings with your client as members of your team.
- Confidentiality
- An NDA, no mention of our name and a promise not to work for your client directly. All of it is in the contract.
- Source code and rights
- Rights to the code and the results pass to you or your client as agreed in the contract.
- Documentation
- Technical documentation and user guides in your name and in the language you need.
- Ongoing support
- Bug fixes, updates and new features with agreed response times, in your name.

Will my client know about you?
Only if you want them to. Our name does not appear in the interface, the code or the documentation; the NDA and the contract ensure that.
Can your engineers talk to my client directly?
Yes, your choice: either we work only with you, or our engineers join your client's meetings as members of your team, in your name.
Who owns the code?
Whatever the contract says. Usually the rights pass to you or your client after payment. The code can also live in your repository from day one.
Who provides support after handover?
We can, in your name, as second-level support. The client contacts you, we make the fix.
Can we start with a small project?
Yes. You can start with one project or one engineer; we then expand the cooperation as needed.
