Businesses that buy paper reels, cut them, produce boxes and sell them to customers. The system is built around exactly this workflow. It is not a generic ERP bent to fit the industry.

Cutting calculations are done by hand, and mistakes happenSheet size, running metres, area (m²) and reel consumption are calculated automatically from the box dimensions. The flute take-up factor is taken into account.

The true cost of a product is unknownWhen the same material is bought at different prices, cost is calculated using the AVCO (weighted average cost) method. Additional costs on a goods receipt (customs, freight) are allocated proportionally across the lines.

Customer debt is kept in a notebook, and it gets mixed up which invoice it belongs toPayments are allocated using the FIFO rule, starting from the oldest invoice. You can always see the outstanding balance and which invoice it sits on.

Warehouse stock does not match realityEvery movement is tied to a document. A built-in tool reconciles stock against documents: it finds discrepancies, shows them and, with your approval, corrects them.

Nobody knows who changed whatAll changes are logged: who, when and what. Deleting a record that has history is blocked by the system.
